I am an aspiring PR professional, so my blog will focus on issues that I find interesting to me from a PR standpoint. I find that watching the news always sparks an interest in a topic that is important, such as current product recalls or the latest health risk. This blog will also touch on past and current PR scandals, politics, religion, race, ethics and health issues because these are some of the topics that I find particularly interesting to me as a PR major.
My content will consist of my opinions on topics or issues that strike me in a way that moves me to write about these topics and issues. Ultimately I want to create dialogue, conversation and relationships with others who are aware of the issues or want to learn about them. My purpose is to do just that. I want to create “buzz” on hot topics so more aspiring PRos can become aware of and discuss national issues with others in the field.
I am a virgin blogger and welcome feedback and comments from experienced bloggers, so please don’t be shy to speak your mind and tell me what’s up (I am not easily offended).
